Terms of Service

These terms cover Wizewerx Smart Services, the backend platform. If you arrived here from an application's sign-in page, that application has its own terms governing your use of it — these describe the platform underneath.

1. Agreement

These terms are between you and Wizewerx Ltd (company no. 06003824), trading as Smart Services. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. The service

Smart Services provides backend capabilities to applications, including AI model access, storage, email delivery, scheduled jobs, and hosted sign-in. Features may change as the platform develops; we will not remove a feature you are actively paying for without reasonable notice.

3. Your account and API keys

You are responsible for keeping your API keys and client secrets confidential and for activity carried out with them. Tell us promptly if you believe a credential has been exposed; you can rotate keys yourself at any time from your dashboard.

4. Your responsibilities to your own users

If you use hosted sign-in, the end users who sign in are your users, not ours. You must publish your own privacy policy, have a lawful basis for processing their data, respond to their data protection requests, and only enable sign-in on applications you control. We process their data on your instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

break the law, or infringe anyone's rights;
send unsolicited bulk email, or impersonate another person or organisation;
deceive users about who is collecting their credentials, including presenting our hosted sign-in as belonging to a company you do not represent;
probe, overload, or circumvent the security or rate limits of the platform;
build a competing identity or model-routing service by reselling raw platform access.

6. Fees

Paid services are billed monthly in advance at the tier you select. Fees are exclusive of VAT. Tiers with usage limits are enforced at the limit — for hosted sign-in, reaching your user limit stops new sign-ups, and existing users can always continue to sign in. You can change tier or cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial periods except where the law requires it.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service available and will give advance notice of planned maintenance where practical, but the service is provided without an uptime guarantee unless we have agreed one with you in writing.

8. Your content

You keep all rights to the data and content you send through the service. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you — storing, processing, and transmitting it. We do not use your content to train AI models.

9. Third-party services

The platform routes requests to third parties you choose, such as AI model providers and social login providers. Their terms apply to their part of the exchange, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

10. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for a material breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where continued use poses a security or legal risk. Except for urgent security matters, we will give notice and a reasonable chance to put things right first. On termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which we may delete it.

11. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Neither party excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss or loss of profits, and each party's total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid in that period.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice to account holders; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
